Red Robin Restaurants of Canada Ltd. is a company that combined with our counterpart Mach Robin LLC in the US, is the largest franchisee within Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc.! We have 4 locations in Edmonton, Alberta, and now number 15 in British Columbia! Our very first location in Canada was in Burnaby, BC in 1985, and the newest member in our “family” is Vernon, BC. This longevity is unusual in our industry, and has been made possible by staying “true to ourselves”, putting our “People First”, whether it is fashionable or not – and “walking the walk”! We celebrate our “Unbridled Acts” regularly, and this is a key contributor to our corporation’s goal of becoming not only the most successful, but also the most respected restaurant company in the world.

Red Robin prides itself on being a Fun Family Restaurant – the company was built around our Cornerstones and Core Values, and we live by them every day! The key to Red Robin’s success as a company has been our commitment to providing the most consistent, highest quality products and service at the best value, combined with the creation of this environment where all Team Members work together to achieve our business goals, and have FUN at the same time! Red Robin Company Info & “Cornerstones”

The very first Red Robin Restaurant was opened in Seattle, Washington in September 1969, and since that time, our goal as a company has been “to become the Most Respected Restaurant Company in the World – for the way we treat our Team Members, Guests and Stakeholders” in that order!

To achieve this goal, we have developed our key guiding principles, or “cornerstones” that drive our success. In managing our business and making every day decisions, we focus on the Four Cornerstones that we believe are essential:

We provide our Team Members with comprehensive training programs that not only ensure superior service to our guests, but also support development and growth along their career path, wherever it may lead!

3. Smiling Burgers: Definition: “A Smiling Burger wows our Guests every time! The bun is wrapped but never torn, with all ingredients fresh and visible 100% of the time”. Red Robin strives to be the Number One casual dining destination for gourmet burgers by offering high quality and imaginative menu items. Our menu items are cooked to very exacting specifications, using only the highest quality, fresh ingredients.

4. Gift of Time: we believe in offering the “Gift of Time” to our Guests, and everyone else who comes in contact with the Red Robin brand. Our service sequence is designed to consistently prepare every menu within 8 minutes, and strive to provide a 37-minute Lunch, and a 42-minute dinner to allow our Guests to enjoy time-efficient meals!
